- Inspect conveyor guides for proper vehicle tracking
- Inspect hydraulic fluid level
- Inspect hydraulic and air systems for leak
- Inspect brushes for wear and safe operation
- Inspect shocks and bump stops
- Inspect blower operation and listen for abnormal noise
- Inspect Vacuum System and Perform Suction Test
- Provide a detailed monthly inspection report including observations and recommended repairs
Chemical Team Services
- Inspect and adjust chemical timing for best performance
- Inspect chemical pump operation and make necessary adjustments
- Clean chemical lines and replace worn lines as needed
- Inspect and clean clogged chemical nozzles
- Test water quality (TDS) (Chlorine)
- Measure and record Reverse Osmosis inlet and outlet pressure
- Inspect water treatment equipment for proper operation

- One hour of repair or maintenance labor included each month
- Chemical customers receive a - $40 dollar, per hour discounted rate for labor
